The information and tools provided on GeminiErase (geminierase.site) are provided for general informational and utility purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the tool or content for any particular purpose.
2. Watermark Removal Scope
Important: Visible Watermark Only
GeminiErase removes only the visible 4-pointed star watermark overlay added by Google Gemini and Nano Banana (Gemini Flash Image). It does not remove, detect, or alter SynthID- Google's imperceptible, cryptographic invisible watermark embedded at the pixel level. SynthID and any other invisible watermarking technologies remain fully intact in processed images.
Users should be aware that even after using GeminiErase, images generated by Gemini may still contain invisible watermark data (SynthID) that is detectable by Google's systems. GeminiErase makes no claim to remove such watermarks.
3. Compliance with Google Gemini Terms of Service
Users of GeminiErase are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the tool and any processed images complies with Google's Terms of Service and Gemini's specific usage policies. GeminiErase is an independent technical utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC in any way.
Removing the visible watermark does not alter your rights or obligations under Google's terms with respect to how you use AI-generated images. You remain bound by those terms regardless of whether the visible watermark is present in your copy of the image.
4. No Warranty on Accuracy
While GeminiErase uses a mathematically precise reverse alpha blending algorithm that achieves high pixel accuracy in typical conditions, we do not guarantee perfect results in all cases. Factors that may affect output quality include:
- -Images that have been significantly compressed, resized, or resampled after watermark application
- -Non-standard Gemini watermark placements or sizes outside the tool's detection range
- -Images with complex backgrounds in the watermark region
- -Images processed through additional filters or transformations after generation
5. Intended Use
GeminiErase is provided as a convenience tool for legitimate creative and professional use cases, such as removing the visible overlay from images you have generated for use in your own work, consistent with the applicable content license.
GeminiErase does not endorse the use of processed images in any specific context, and expressly does not endorse uses that violate Google's terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
6. Advertising and Affiliate Disclaimer
GeminiErase currently does not display advertising and is not affiliated with any affiliate programs. If this changes in the future, this disclaimer will be updated accordingly. Any content on our blog that references external products or services will be clearly identified.
